My name is Ana Tippit, I am a School Social Worker within Lyon County School District.

My background varies, I began my career in Human Services as administrative assistant who eventually finished my Bachelor’s degree in psychology and began as a case manager. I eventually became a Safe School Professional for 6 years within various schools in Lyon County. After my first year in the schools, I decided to pursue my Master’s in Social Work. I left briefly to pursue my clinical internship for my LCSW.

I am just hours away from finishing that goal and I am so excited to be finishing it within the schools! I have various trainings, and certifications, my most recent being a certified multidimensional family therapist. 

I am married with 2 kiddos, 14 and 10 years old. We currently call Fernley home with a dog, chickens, ducks, geese and mini donkeys.
