Beginning with the Thurs.Oct.12, 2023 HCC meeting, the gathering will be in-person at the Silver Springs Community Center instead of by Zoom. The meeting will include a light breakfast. Will continue with meeting every other month.

Mission: “The Capital City C.I.R.C.L.E.S. Initiative facilitates change and challenges self-limiting beliefs by Connecting Individuals to Resources that Change Lives and Enable Success. We envision a community working together to empower individuals moving towards a life of sustainability and abundance. Any individual or family willing to take responsibility for improving their lives has ready access to C.I.R.C.L.E.S.’ mentors, peer support, staff, and case management.”
